An Annual Training Event seeks to equip Facilitators of Retreat Groups in the “how to” related to the above core values, as well as understanding group dynamics and the skills required for this ministry.
Equipping emerges in the simple acrostic RTA:
REPRODUCIBLE
Clear enough to pass on.
TRANSFERABLE
Flexible enough to fit a variety of group
ACHIEVABLE
Practical enough to implement.
